10 Day Home Workout Challenge – Day 5 – Core and Abs

Not everybody has the luxury of the time to get to the gym. With busy work lives, kids and social calendars it can be tough to get some exercise in.

Every day we will provide you guys with a 10 minute fat blasting workout. No equipment required.

Todays workout looks like this:

10 Mins AMRAP

5 Exercises Repeated until the core is cooked

1: Bear Crawl 3 forward 3 back x 2
2: Plank 30s
3: Side Plank 15s per side
4: Press Ups x 10
5: Bird Dog x5 per side

Work for the allotted time / reps and then rest when you need to
