RAMZAN FATLOSS DIET PLAN

MEAL1 (SEHAR)

1cup rice
1cup dal
1cup curd
1cup salad / veggies
1scoop whey protein
or
4 egg whitess and 2 egg yolks

MEAL 2 (IFTAR)

1date
1banana
some fruits
1ltr or more water with 1 lemon
1scoop whey pro

MEAL 3 ( AFTAR MAGRIB)

1cup rice
1cup dal
1cup curd
better add 100g chicken

MEAL 4 (AFTER TARAVI)
MAKE SMOOTHIE

1scoop whey protein
2spoon peanut butter
2spoon honey
better make with casein protein

WORKOUT TIMING

30-40min before meal2 (Iftar)

3Days cardio
3Days weight training
