Shoulders and Abs Workout (Day 22 out of 90). I went out ice fishing in the morning and had a couple drinks. Was nervous it would hinder my workout. It did not, I still was able to get a nice workout in the afternoon. Lets keep the improvements going, achieve the goal.

Skull Crushers 3 sets of 12
Close Grip Press 3 sets of 12
3/4 Sit-Up 3 sets to failure

Set #3
Shoulder Press 3 sets of 12
Laterial Arm Raise 3 sets of 12
Front Arm Raise 3 sets of 12
Russian Ab Twist 3 sets to failure
