20 MINUTE ABS & CORE WORKOUT In today’s workout, we are taking it to the mat and doing a 20 minute abs and core workout! We are doing 20 minutes straight, with no break and we are targeting obliques, stabilizer muscles, lower lumbar, and that whole ab wall!
